Here is a personal story that keeps repeating itself every time I go for a night on the town.

When I go out, I actually take about 15 of these folded up out with me everywhere I go and a huge stack in my glove box. It’s so funny because they are so effective that if somebody seen this stack laying in my car they would literally bust my window just to get my business cards… Sounds crazy huh?!?! Well it is… let me show you first and explain what I do with them… this is funny.

I will go out to dinner or the local social lounge and I will fold up one of my business cards and throw one on the floor for fun. Now, I will go up to somebody and ask them if they want to see something funny… Never got a No so far… So here’s what happens. I bet them that 1 out of the first 2 people who see it will pick it up. Now sometimes they act all nonchalant and try to be secretive, wad it up, and stick it in their pocket, or they instantly pick it up and try to hand it off to somebody like a good Samaritan. I have never lost a bet… BUT HERE’S THE BEST THING…

I use my business card as an instant icebreaker. I meet somebody totally new, bring up the subject of what I do. As far as the person I made the friendly bet with, they want one of the cards for themselves. The person who picked up the card saw us laughing, but kept my card. And the person who I made the bet with thought that it was so funny, he wanted more cards…. I gave him 15 more of them… For the rest of the night.. he was marketing my business… Nothing like free workers right?!?… Now this is just one story… I do this every weekend.. I am constantly meeting new people and always get my business name out there with a laugh.

Where I get these cards is the funny story. The guy who actually made the template for these cards… well let’s just say the "guy behind bars" who made these templates is no longer around. He went to prison for a long, long time because of counterfeiting money. Go Figure huh? That’s just how good these cards are!! And they are the same size as a dollar bill, perfect for you wallet.
