The point is you're going to face lowlife behavior from people you never expected and especially when money is involved. The takers are neck-deep in entitlement and at their core believe they deserve it more than you.

I've had business partners steal from me and lie to my face while doing it. One wiped me out of $100K overnight and didn't blink twice. I've had employees and 'friends' on the take for years before I found out.

Who you choose to surround yourself with is going to make or break you.
