1. Write down everything you did yesterday.
   Circle the tasks that only you could have done.

2. Identify one responsibility you should no longer own.
   Ask yourself what would need to happen before someone else could take it over.

3. Think about where your highest value is in the business.
   Are you spending enough time there?

4. Go back to the email and hit reply.
   Tell me where you're stuck in your business, and what is taking up most of your time.
